1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- You received a defective or non-functional device
- The device has major cosmetic damage beyond normal refurbished standards
- You received a wrong item (model, color, or variant different from your order)
Important:
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
- Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Software issues that can be resolved through updates or resets
2. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the device experiences functional issues.
Exchange will be applicable for:
- Devices with hardware defects
- Devices with major performance problems
Note:
Exchanges will be made for the same model or a product of a similar price range, subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned device.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

All refurbished devices purchased from kartoon come with a limited warranty (typically 3 to 6 months) covering manufacturing defects only.
